Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to inflate and rig a DinghyGo?

With the included manual pump, the tubes inflate in about 8–10 minutes. Adding the floor and rigging the sail-kit takes another 10–15 minutes. After a few times, you can be ready to sail within 20 minutes.

Can I take a DinghyGo on a plane?

Yes. Each Orca packs into two compact bags (the boat bag and the sail/row-kit bag). Combined weight ranges from 41 kg (Orca 280) to 49 kg (Orca 375). Check with your airline for oversized-baggage rules.

What outboard engine can I use?

All three Orcas accept up to a 4.5 kW / 6.0 HP outboard. The motor mounts on the transom. We recommend a 4-stroke for lower noise + cleaner running.

How long does shipping take from your NL warehouse?

Within the Netherlands: typically 4 working days. Within EU mainland: 7+ working days depending on courier and destination. Greek mainland, Greek islands, and the Balearics take longer due to ferry routing.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Every new DinghyGo comes with a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects. Register your boat after delivery to activate the warranty — we’ll have a registration form on this site soon.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from our warehouse in Venray, the Netherlands. Distributor orders for the UK and (when active) USA collect from there.

Can I use my DinghyGo at sea?

Yes — within reasonable conditions. The Orcas are designed for inland and coastal waters in moderate conditions. We always recommend life jackets and a check of local marine forecasts.

Are spare parts available?

Yes — for rigging components, ropes, pumps, repair kits, oars and more. Email info@dinghygo.com with your model and the part needed.
